Z116 & Z117(heavy duty pattern) chain jamb mounted door stay. These stays are designed to protect your door from excessive wind or opening forces which invariably result in a new door and frame. These protection door limiting stays will restrict your door opening to 90 degrees (suggested) but you can adjust this degree of limiting by positioning the fixing plate in a different position to the 90 degree position as per the installation instructions. We have 2 types of these door and gate limiting stays: A medium duty zinc plated mild steel version for 30-40kg doors, and a stainless steel version which is heavy duty and suitable for 40-60kg doors and being grade 304 stainless steel, they are more resistance to corrosion, too.
