Z102 mortice limiting stay, finished in bright zinc. For internal applications only and morticed into the head of the door and door frame head rebate, so the stay remains concealed. The arm of the door limiting stay is visible when the door is open, as is the track which is fitted into the frame rebate but otherwise not exposed or visible. These mortice stays will hold the door at 90 degrees and do not have a friction feature so they work great alongside concealed and overhead door closers. If you have a door which is susceptible to making contact with an object when the door is opened past 90 degrees and will eventually damage the door and frame, possibly beyond repair and you're looking for an aesthetically pleasing door limiting stay, then this is the device for you.
