How it works:

The intercom system is installed and ready for use. Press the call button on the call panel and a call will generate via the inserted SIM card (not supplied) within the system and a nominated phone number will be called (as long as the network has coverage, eg: O2, Vodafone, EE, 3 etc), when the call is received the person receiving the call can then, if they wish, unlock a door or gate by entering a code into the phone keypad (mobile or landline). If the initial call rings out then another phone number can be called by the GSM system. If you have over 5 call panel buttons then up to 5 phone numbers can be called/diverted to. If you have less than 5 call panel buttons then 2 phone numbers can be stored. Text messages can also be received by this videx system and forwarded to the resident's mobile number.
