Powermatic Concealed door closer. This device has a twin hydraulic chamber which generates consistant closing power to ensure perfect closing and latching is achieved. An excellent closing device by Samuel Heath when all is lost, can''t fit an overhead door closer, a overhead boxer door closer is not possible or strong enough and you've just given up! Fit this product and simply watch the door close with ease.
Fitted into the edge of the door between the hinges when a overhead door closer cannot be incorporated due to structural restrictions. Or simply due to a personal requirement due to being hidden and concealed.
This product may not be the most cost effective, but if your fire door seals and vacuum are working against the door, then fit this door closer and sigh with relief as the door closes every time!
