Gravity door selector with toggle. A very much tried and trust door selector which can be used on fire rated doors that is British made and extremely robust. This door selector will allow the slave leaf of a double door set to close first then allow the active leaf to close afetrwards. This particular selector incorporates a rebate catch and lift arm which are both fixed to the doors so that if the doors are opened simultaneously starting with the slave leaf then the doors will still close in sequence unlike similar models which will cause the doors to binding or close out-of-sequence. When a double doorset is tested by a fire officer he/she will only push open the doors slowly and to a limited distance which is where this specific device comes into its own. Suitable for timber and steel doors up to 1219mm per leaf.
