Details
The ED40 coded lock is a high quality coded lock which is perfect as a stand alone security device. It is suitable for high traffic areas and internal doors where security is of the utmost importance The lever of this coded lock is a return to door design so is compatible with BS8300 and current DDA criteria. The coded lock is supplied with a security tubular latch as standard which has an anti-thrust pin incorporated into it's design. The user will enter the code from the non-secure side of the door and on the secure side of the door, simply press the lever down to exit. If you are fitting this device to an outward opening door where the latch bolt of the device is considered to be vunerable, then take a look at our security astragals which conceal the latch/bolt when the door is closed. These can be found under the door furniture button or by clicking here.
